DAO / Hoodi governanceRWA ownership verification required

Asset-owner governance

The holders govern the corresponding physical asset.

ArtCCH provides the asset-management interface but does not vote for holders. Membership, proposal rights and voting weight are verified from the NFT-backed Vault and its fractional token snapshots.

Create the asset DAO in four controlled steps.

Each step requires its own wallet confirmation. No collection-wide approval is requested.

This descriptive profile is saved with the creation request. It does not establish custody, membership or asset rights. Existing requests can keep their original profile-free configuration.

Discover classified proposals

Read public proposal IDs and recorded outcomes from the configured Hoodi Governor. No wallet login or signature is required for this read-only view.

The Governor address is not configured. No alternate contract or sample proposal is substituted.

Each request covers at most 10,000 blocks and 100 classified proposals. A larger response is refused, not truncated. Short or empty ranges do not prove the end of proposal history. Provider completeness and live availability still require independent verification.

DAO deployment not configured

Governor, Vault, voting token and action-registry addresses must all be valid and nonzero. Writes fail closed.

Sign in with the connected holder wallet to view account data or request a DAO action.

Connect the corresponding holder wallet to continue.

Membership is derived from the corresponding RWA token. A signature proves address control but is not stored and grants no asset transfer.

2 · Inspect and vote

Snapshot proposal

To continue a proposal created by another member or browser, load its published execution terms.

Voting weight comes from the proposal snapshot, preventing transfers or temporary borrowing from being counted twice. A later transfer does not remove voting power already recorded at that snapshot.

Off-chain preparation

Proposal draft workspace

Prepare a proposal without a wallet signature. Drafts are kept in this page only until you download them. A draft is not a submitted proposal, verified evidence, a vote or permission to execute.

Use the proposal fields below, then review a draft copy. You can also paste a previously exported JSON draft. Imports must match this chain and all four configured DAO addresses.

Import an unsigned draft

Only proposal terms are accepted. Signatures, transaction packages, arbitrary calldata and unsupported fields are refused.

3 · Propose

Evidence-bound RWA action

Creating a proposal requires verified membership and at least 10% delegated snapshot voting power.

Physical-action and closeout warning

Failed off-chain actions, including auctions, may create costs shared by holders. This release records assessments and deadlines but cannot debit or forcibly close a position. Any closeout mechanism remains disabled until detailed rules, BC securities-law review, notice and dispute procedures, independent audit and a separate approval are complete.
